When girl is staying with her parents and not staying with husband around 5 months. What are the options boy has now?

It is not known when marriage happened...Whenever the girl is not coming to the house of husband for few months without any reason then it is the bounden duty of husband to get issue a legal notice inviting her to join Matrimonial house...If she did not turn up petition for restitution of conjugal rights is to be filed...Otherwise they may file 498A case etc against husband...

You can file a petition for Restitution of conjugal rights for an order to come and live with the spouse.
if that fails, divorce petition is another option.
