Girl already married, now lying that she informed about the marriage

Girl already married in Arya samaj and married me,
I want to get my marriage annulled,
now her family stating that they have already got divorce by notary, and accuse my family for false dowry case.
Also falsely stating that they informed about previous marriage already to my family.
What should I do to get this girl's family punished before law for falsifying everything.?
