Getting safety and monthly maintenance for me and my kids

How can I get monthly maintenance for my kids from a bsf head constable husband who abused me and my kids and attempts to harassment plus murder attempt but my kids career and our safety is important too as my parents are not supporting me

If you have evidence of assault done by your husband, even after you are residing seperately from him. Then, you may request for Protection Order in a DV case. Meanwhile, you can approach the nearest police station and file a written complaint with them against your husband for physically abusing you as well as attempt to murder. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.

To get maintenance from your husband, a wife can file a petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) or the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The court will then consider the husband's ability to pay and the wife's needs when determining the amount of maintenance.
