Fraud and cheating in name of marriage

Hi, my bf and I married secretly and we started living together. We did not tell anyone about our marriage. Later my bf conceived me forcefully in the name of marriage and when I got pregnant, he refused to keep the child. He kept using me in the name of marriage and I got 2 abortions done till now. Now he is backing out and started dating another woman. He is no agreeing to our secret marriage as well. What can i do to take legal action against him? Is this a punishable offence?

hello As matter described by you is is serious in nature as alot of atrocities happened with you in name of love and marriage, now when your husband is not ready to live with you, so you can take legal action against him. you can file fir against him with serious charges which non bailable in nature. you can file a police complaint by stating that he is using you under the false promise of marriage and under the false promise he got abort the pregnancy twice without your consent and FIR can be logged against him.

Yes. He has committed an offence for which he is liable to be prosecuted. You can move a written complaint to the police station by writing all the information and fact. In my view you must make a complaint because he has cheated you and spoil your life and dignity

yes it is punishable offence but the first thing is that you must have same legal proofs like your marrige or secrate marrige images or your photographs and couple pics and any proof where you live togather and any proof of abortion and any thing like chats recordings and any other proof which you have. you can file case aginst him under section which we can discuss further according to proof and situations
