Petition for divorce by mutual consent contains all the terms and conditions to settle finally all the disputes. So such problem should not arise.to claim your goods you can file criminal case. You can file divorce even without consent of your husband.
You should file a complaint case under section 498A,323,504and506Indian panel code and 3/4Dowry prohibition Act another case Under section 125 criminal procedure code as well as a case under 24-25 Hindu marriage act.
In my opinion u should ask for Money in the shape of your goods and you can while filing mutual divorce Petition submit your term and condition that will be mandatory and the money which has to be paid by your husband can be deposited in the court U can easily get it even after six months
