For not allowing the maintenance to well educated wife

My wife is educated (bca) and she worked before marriage for 3 years. And after marriage also. But she demanding maintenance but she can do job and earn good earnings. What I do in this case please help. Hindu marriage law.

देखिए अगर आपकी वाइफ़ कही जॉब करती है और वह सक्षम है अपना भरण पोषण करने में तो कोर्ट उसके भरण पोषण की पिटीशन को ख़ारिज कर सकती है यदि आपकी वाइफ़ भारत पोषण करने में असमर्थ हैं तो आपको भरण पोषण का क्लेम का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा ये हुई पहली कंडीशन दूसरी कंडीशन ये हैं की अगर जॉब या वेल एजुकेटेड है लेकिन वह जॉब नहीं करती है तथा की वह सक्षम है कि वह जॉब कर सकती है लेकिन वह नहीं करती है तब भी कोर्ट उसको भरणपोषण देने से मना नहीं कर सकता दूसरी चीज़ आपकी वाइफ़ वेल एजुकेटेड और आपने बताया वह एक BCA हैं और वह एक अच्छा अर्निंग कमा रही है तो आप उसका कोर्ट के सामने रखें जिससे की पूरी प्रोफ़ जाए जिससे कि वह पूर्ण हो जाए कि वह सच्चा मैं अपना भरण पोषण कर ने भी तो उसको उसका भरण पोषण का क्लेम नहीं मिलेगा

i will help to appose maintenance .. if you have evidence and all whatever you are saying but if this matter is realated to varanasi court .. i will help all the way and we can strongly oppose .. if she is educated and doing job for what she is demanding .. thank you ..

from where you living and where your wife filling the maintenance case. what is your job and how much your earning. if you wife is not working at present and she in need then it's your duty to help her. but if she not want to work by own wish. then you have many remedy for not paying maintenance to educated wife.

(1) firstly u get her pan card and check her income tax return if she filled income tax return so it is decided that she is working if not (2) Collect the all information about her job as office location post etc and approach the concerned court to issue latter for her office and demanding the answer about her job .
