For Maintance For Me and my Son age 2 Years

Hi, I'm a Hindu married with My Husband in 2019 Since then I was constantly being Harras by Spouse Family for Dowery. My Husband who is living in USA but have his ancestral Home and property here is deaf and Dumb , Pre marriage they were very polite and restless about Me to Marry him but now they are very different. nThey left me alone without any financial Support for months. Even After birth of my Son they came 4 months later after 10 month and left India just 4 months later Leaving me alone without any Money. I spend 2 month barley managing my Food and My son's feeds who was just 8 month old at that Time. After living for 2 months alone I hardly have any food left and My son's health was also degrading day by day so I took a Hard step and leave my Spouses House and came to my father's House and living hear Since Then it's been almost a Year now and still I'm waiting for my husband to return who's living in USA. nI have no information where he is, what he's doing for Year now.

Just as you are being harassed since your marriage, for dowry, your child is not being given the cost of medicine, treatment and education, as well as you have been deprived of housing and food, in such a situation, you are not being given the cost of medicine, treatment and education for yourself and your child. To get maintenance, you can file a suit in the family court and you should also register a case for dowry system and domestic violence.

in these conditions you have 3 rights 1 File a complaint in nearest police station for dowry 2. File a complaint of Domestic Violence case against your laws in the court and also demand the intrim maintenance 3. File a suit of maintenance under sec 125 crpc in the family court for more details i will contact soon

As you mentioned your husband lives in USA and you are living in India with your son and no financial support or food is being arranged by your husband for both of you And currently you want some financial support to be provided to you by your husband But any action can be taken by you only when your husband comes to India otherwise no summons will be served on him.
