My Wife and her brother recorder their phone conversation in which my wife made false allegation against me to her brother which his brother recorded , can this be used as an evidence against me under section 65B /evidence act as well as one voice recording in which she recorder the verbal fight and later called her brother stating totally different narrative of what happened

As you mentioned that your brother-in-law used to record the conversation between your wife and you and you are not a normal relationship between husband and wife and you are afraid that he might use that conversation against you in lawsuits against you. So I want to tell you that the use of such conversations when the husband and wife are in marital status with each other they cannot be used against each other it is ward by the Evidence Act.

yes these recordings can be used against you in court. however you can deny that this is not your voice. so forensic investigation evil be done only after that it can be submitted in court after verification from an expert. you can file for divorce against your wife on the basis of cruelty. further for help you can contact us.
