Filing a law suit for maintenance

My husband for over 14 years denies marriage and forces me to leave the accommodation. He was married with a son, which I was not aware of. It had been an abusive relationship so far and I have filed a couple of online complaints against him. Want to discuss the case in details

Dear Client, In such a situation, you should file a maintenance case against them under section 125 Cr.P.C. and you may also file other cases that relate to your case and, for more details, take consultation and then explain about your case.

Dear, if u wants to continue yr relationship than u should encourage him for mediation and counselling, another side yr online complaints will not be more effective here, untill you do not go for fmly court to give yr side to complaint about Cruelty and desertion with u.
