File divorce and intailly protection against any case by wife. Want a

Not in healthy in my 3 year marriage with my wife...o child till now... recently she requested to go to her relatives function but went to office party in night ...till after she not came back home as I informed her parents too about the scene ..ow her parents not responding and saying they will come and discuss..they are somewhere taking her side...as I was worried about her because she was not came back but now her parents knows where she is...I want to know how to intailly protect my self and my family if in case she will anything wrong charges..
do file an FIR of absconding of your wife detailing about her behavior and the details of her regular lies she is habitual too in the Fir if you and your wife wants to have a mutual divorce if your wife is willing then this will be a good option.
