I am complainant. chargesheet of FIR submitted by police. on the chargesheet my statements and statements of other witnesses falsely entered. I want these to be corrected. yet the charge sheet is at clerk (that is its not reflecting on e courts)/.what action can I take?

you can approach to the high court and get the anticipatory bail from the high court definitely . but you have to your nearest high court as soon as possible to get relief . anticipatory bail only can be granted from the High Court . you have lead the option to reach the get some relief .
