You can go for mutual consent Divorce with mutually agreed terms, if she is ready for it.
Or else, you can file contesting Divorce case against her, which can afterwards be converted into mutual consent Divorce case.

if both of you are ready for divorce then you may file a mutual divorce petition before family court and in the same tradition petition you will have to mention the agreement as to who will be keeping the custody of children.

if both the parties to marriage need divorce you both may opt for mutual consent divorce. before ending your marriage make sure if matrimonial dispute is irretrievable and reconciliation is not an option, you both may file mutual consent divorce petition in family court.
