Fastest Way to get Divorce for NRI boy, who has been separated for 10y

Hi What's the fastest way to get divorce for a NRI boy, where the separation has been more than 10 years, 7 years back, the divorce case was filled and 6 years back the wife had filed DV and Maintenance case. The Divorce case has been dismissed and DV and Maintenance case are still running. The wife is working as a faculty in one of the AIIMS and has MBBS, MD, SR from top medical colleges of India. The wife is not interested to live with the husband and nor give him the divorce

As u said that ur NRI. Tat means u Donot stay in India and u stay in abroad tats ok but did u file in counter for all these things as more than 7 years got separated u will get divorce easily moreover y ur dragging the case wt exactly she needed after knowing all this we can file case against her and her relatives tat they are troubling ur life

File a divorce once again and fight you will get divorce and if she working she will not get maintenance and come to us we deal to her and we settle the issue approach us we help u in DVC , maintainance and also divorce

The NRI husband can file a fresh contested divorce under mental cruelty and long desertion. The Courts recognize long separation as a valid ground for divorce. If the DV and maintenance cases are still pending, you can also seek relief under section 9 HMA or use evidence from those cases to support his plea. Fastest route is to pursue contested divorce with strong legal representation and push for early hearings or transfer petition .

It’s Hindu marriage or any other religion marriage your not mentioned and both said mutual consent its easy to divorce but it’s completely contesting case so there is no option for fastest way to get divorce
