Q: Need to file for divorce on mutual consent

I have huge debts and challenges to continue my current marriage as there are regular quarrels and aggression from my partner which is negatively impacting my 2 kids. I am working as a Group Manager in HCL Technologies Hyderabad and my job is demanding and is doesnot allow me to attend my family needs on a day to day basis. I am ready to give up joint property in her name for settlement required for divorce. I have my parental home in my hometown which i would continue to stay and support kids.

I filed maintenance in my place. My husband filed divorce in other state. I do not want to travel for security reasons, single parent, financial issues. Can i get stay until i get interim maintenance and wanted to transfer case as well.

Which case filed your husband against on you and did you attend the court and cases are which stage your not mentioned clearly. State to state cases transfer purpose you can file the petition Supreme Court only

Hi Team,I am prasad from hyderabad, I belong to SC caste . Actually i had living relationship with another lady . we didnt get married . We had one child . It was IVF delivery and it was donor egg not related to that lady . but my sperm so my child . she only carried that child and we had one child. Her parents are not accepting me as belong to sc cast and married.They insulted me and threated me to kill they beated me as they know dsp and sp in hyderabad. They took my kid also plz help

It’s Hindu marriage or any other religion marriage your not mentioned and both said mutual consent its easy to divorce but it’s completely contesting case so there is no option for fastest way to get divorce
