In 2022 an article from The News Minute read - "Cyberabad police have busted a Rs 50 crore global credit card scam and arrested a seven-member inter-state gang of fraudsters"Substantial cash and assets were seized by the policeMy daughter is based in Australia and was a victim of these scammers. Can a lawyer find out how these criminals were dealt with in court and whether my daughter can claim any compensation from the cash and assets seized by the police?

Hi Team,I am prasad from hyderabad, I belong to SC caste . Actually i had living relationship with another lady . we didnt get married . We had one child . It was IVF delivery and it was donor egg not related to that lady . but my sperm so my child . she only carried that child and we had one child. Her parents are not accepting me as belong to sc cast and married.They insulted me and threated me to kill they beated me as they know dsp and sp in hyderabad. They took my kid also plz help

The Divorce case has been dismissed and DV and Maintenance case are still running. The wife is working as a faculty in one of the AIIMS and has MBBS, MD, SR from top medical colleges of India. The wife is not interested to live with the husband and nor give him the divorce

Q: Builder Delay of Flat in Hyderabad

For a new flat in HYD, we bought it in January. Builder verbally told us possession will be in March. In contract they wrote Sept 2024, with 6 months grace period. Till now builder has not handed over. What can we do?
