False domestic case filed by wife and her family

i am a man and i wanna know about how to fight in india against false domestic voilence as judicial system is biased to woman? how can i protect my parents , me and sibling in this case, while staying out side of india?nShe did the domestic violence with me by hitting glass bottle on my head and i was admitted in germany hospital and she also tried to kill my baby and abused my parents and brothers. I am stuck here since covid and these false DV. HELP ME PLEASE.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that in the dv act whole of the family is being implicated so firstly the details of the FIR have to be seen are the allegations made against you and your family members or not do collect all the evidence as you were hospitalized and can contact us for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

1.in domestic violence case it is not mandatory for accused to appear in the court if your lawyer present on every date and fight the case then your appearance is not necessary. 2.if you have sufficient ground to prove that your wife behaviour is not good against your and your family then court shall free to all from the charges. for more details you can contact me. thanks

Hello, As per my understanding you are currently staying in Germany and your wife was with you in Germany as well at the time when you were admitted in Germany Hospital for causing harm by hitting you with bottle. Where is your wife now and where were you family members and where was your Case registered? Regards
