I want to quash FIR lodged under 498A onto my family members under sec 482 from High Court.....FIR is in general, not specific, without any dates of incidence and other detailsI need reply :nHow much it cost to quash FIR in High Court in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh ??

for the purpose of 498 A it is not mendatory to write the specif date because according to law 498 A is a chain of crimes which against the merriad women and if you want to quash the FIR and want know the fee then the answer is fee of advocate is start by tan thousand to two lac its depend upon you which advocate select by you
