False 498a case, filed by sister in law,to get my name removed from FI

How can I get my name out of a false FIR in 498a, filed by my sister in law?

you will have to challenge this false and fabricated FIR before the High court in a criminal writ petition. the law of Supreme court is well settled that all the family members cannot be made a part of the fir concerning the dispute between husband and wife

1. Firstly is illigle action u should contact ur SI who investigates in this mater offer him bribe then he can removed ur name in FIR 2. U can approach concerned High Court to quashed the FIR if High Court Satisfied then court ordered removed ur name in FIR. otherwise u have no other option Simple way is contact ur investigating officer

Hello... You can go for quashing of F.I.R. from High Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. or by filing a Criminal Writ...It will be more clear when you will send me all the documents related to it...Is there any other family member's name in the F.I.R....Yours can be removed for sure...Need not to worry about it... पुलिस जांच रिपोर्ट में नाम निकाल सकती है। जांच रिपोर्ट में आपको दूसरे पक्ष के खिलाफ सबूत देने होते हैं । 498 के लिए क्या आपने दहेज मांगा था कि नहीं मांगा था या उसके साथ किसी प्रकार की कोई क्रूरता की थी कि नहीं की थी यह सभी संबंधित दस्तावेज पुलिस को सौंपने होते हैं ।
