Extramarital issue...need to get rid of wife

My wife has cheated on me..I went back to my ex...she is ready to be with me...we chat frequently...my wife got some intimate images of my video chat ...she is not going to give me divorce even after knowing all these...she is threating me every now and then with those images...want to get rid of this...

with reference to your query take note that if your wife is having all those images and even though she does not wish to divorce you can find a divorce complaint on the ground of harassment. also you can need to do something that your wife should leave the house and go. regards

Well, if she is not going to Divorce you, then, if you need Divorce from her, you need to file a Contested Divorce Petition and fighting such a case will take years in Court. So be careful. I can suggest you some grounds to take Divorce.

Well, if your Wife is not ready to Divorce you, then, if you want to seek Divorce from her, you have to file a case of Contested Divorce in Court. But you have to keep patience, as to get final order in a Contested Divorce may take years, because of the large numbers of cases pending across Courts.
