Extramarital affair in Muslim marriage

I have been recently married and the only marriage document we have is Marriage certificate under Karnataka WAQF board. My has an extramarital affair but unfortunately, I cannot prove it. however I need a divorce. Can you please advise me about mine and her legal rights and how to file divorce.
