What is the complete procedure of extrajudicial divorce? how much time it take to complete the process? how is it initiated? complete process please.

it is not valid in India if you r resident of India or residing here it's for some countries here in you have to file a divorce as per law if Hindu or Muslim in family court or if both the party are agreed then mutual divorce can b filed.
