Ex wife demanding alumini after 20 yrs of divorse

Monthly maintenance was giving but it was stopped now bcz ex wife son took over responsibility. But all of sudden now ex wife demanding maintenance again. Sent legal notice. Need advise
In your mutual divorce draft, there had been a mention of any amount towards full and final settlement and other clause stating that she can't claim maintenance in future. if that clause is mentioned, she can't demand that.
You have to reply to her legal notice through advocate stating and denying the same.

you need to reply to the legal notice. in case she has remarried or has a child from new marriage then you need to approach the court to revise the order. a wife loses her right to claim maintenance from her first husband if she remarries.
