I would like to ask that after exparte in divorce can petitioner parents can again thought for her marriage Or she have to wait for some more time. Weather respondent can go to high court in this case.

the parents of the petitioner hundred percent go to the High Court ksi to challenge the decree so you will be aware of it could happen after sometime definitely she approaches High Court for this matter.

on the above mentioned query the respondent can go to the High Court within 30 days after the ex- parte decree and order in the divorce case, of the court. after the 30 days limitation respondent can file her appeal with the application of Section 5 limitation act . if the application of Section 5 limitation act allowed then the case is admitted or otherwise dispose off.
