Wife is working in an automobile shop earning RS.10k per month but salary is paid to her in cash.She is getting RS.4500per month by me under Crpc 125.if I make a video recording of her working via spy camera which will be in a button of a shirt.picture quality is good n recognisable.will that video recording be admissable in court?else what can I do to proof that she is working?

Yes clear video recording or any kind of evidence on paper it is admissible in court for which a lawyer needs to know how to place it before court, plus an RTI to the organisation will help too, let me consider that they wont give out the details but they will be bound to reply in 30 days as well as the RTI needs to well drafted to trap your wife and the reply can be used in court of law
