Effect of application u/s 23A HMA on maintenance u/s 24 HMA

My husband filed for divorce u/s 13(1)(ia) HMA. Then I filed application u/s 24HMA. Maintenance amount is decided at 7000 per month for me and child. Now I got proofs against him of adultery. If I will file application u/s 23A what will be the effect on maintenance order.
in this regard, i advice you that the first challenge you maintenance amount as it is very low, as regard the Notification of the delhi government in respect of skilled labour the minmum income of person is stated to be 17,000/- per month so you husband will more income than this atleast thereby making you entitled for more and plus you have daughter with you, so you should get good maintenance. After adjudication of the same, file counter claim for adultery against your husband. For further clarification, Please contact at the earliest.

if your husband has filed 13 (1)(ia), for the purpose of divorce from you, blaming you , whereas this would not affect your application u/ 24, whereas, if you have sid proof, which can be better proved in court of law, not on only verbal.
