I understand the challenges of pursuing legal action against someone based abroad, especially without an FIR or court order in place. However, the fact that your case has been filed with substantial evidence is a strong foundation for legal proceedings. Given that the accused’s parents are in Trivandrum, you may explore legal avenues to apply pressure through local authorities. If your case involves image-based abuse or exploitation, cybercrime laws may be applicable, and you can escalate the matter to the Cyber Crime Cell in Mumbai. Filing a detailed complaint with the police, along with the evidence, can help initiate proceedings even in the absence of the accused. Since the accused is abroad, international legal cooperation may be necessary. If the case involves digital platforms, takedown requests and legal notices to companies hosting the content can be effective. You may also explore civil remedies, such as injunctions or financial claims, to prevent further exploitation. Your legal position is strengthened by the evidence you have. I recommend working with legal experts who can assist in navigating international legal mechanisms while also ensuring your safety and well-being.
