In this regard, i advice you that pursue your appeal with the defence, that she despite of having requisite educational qualifications has chosen not work and sit idle at home. She cannot act as a parasite sitting on the income of her husband. There are various judgments by Justice Sistani and Nadrajog which provides from the same ratio. You have good chance to get the same reduced by the Appellate Court though do not think that you wont have to pay anything. For further clarification, please contact.
