You can file an F.I.R on them under defamation section IPC 499 and for the return of your money which you have spent on it, then by putting an elevation of asking for dowry. You can get it done and whatever the expenses due to them in this program You can file a complaint for its recovery in the civil court, so that you can be reimbursed for the expenses incurred and you can be compensated for some damage.

In your problem, you told that yes, your marriage was fixed in the month of June and some so-called ritual was also done between both of you in the village,But after the marriage was confirmed, before the marriage, additional dowry was demanded by the groom's side, in relation to which you also have the audio recording and the photo of the ceremony But if now the boys are not returning the dowry donated by you and also do not get married, then in such a situation you can file a case against them for defamation and 3/4 DP Act, which you have enough evidence.
