We fix marriage in June and do a ceremony (in up its called bariksha) in groom village also now after 7 months they demand car and extra money which are not fixed at time of disscustion of marriage we have also given some money to var Paksha now they cancelled the marriage what will we do nWe have photo of ceremony and audio recording of demand also what will be solution we want marriage others wise money refund

You can file an F.I.R on them under defamation section IPC 499 and for the return of your money which you have spent on it, then by putting an elevation of asking for dowry. You can get it done and whatever the expenses due to them in this program You can file a complaint for its recovery in the civil court, so that you can be reimbursed for the expenses incurred and you can be compensated for some damage.

If the police arrests or detains someone without any reason, he can say all these things in the trial in front of the magistrate and on that he can file a complaint in the court against the police officer and get him He can be punished for that crime if the police arrest someone without any reason Now you see whether the person on whom the police has caught you has been medically examined or not.

Q: Urgent help required on divorce under 13A

I have filed divorce under 13A and all the formality has been done and complete. My wife didn't appear on any notice. n1.She has rejected to come on the first notice.2. we have sent another notice and shared on whatsapp by the lawyer as directed by judge and she called my lawyer back and rejected to come in the court.3.Finally, we proceeded for ex-party and did publication and And she didn't come after as well. Since then publication, there is almost 6 months have been passed.But on the date of order, she appeared first time even court didn't send any notice to her. nShe filed her reply and I am seeking help that that should not be accepted or filing an objection. What are the options for me? If I will file the objection to her reply now. As her intention is make delay in the decision. Can someone give quality advice?

She filed her reply late on your plaint when your suit was ex parte then she gave objection which is applicable after that she will give her evidence if she is not successful in completeness in evidence Rejecting his complaint letter, you will be given a decree of divorce.
