Domestic Violence Order - Hindu case

If Court has revised its order from 15k to 25k and asked to pay arrears from the date of petition and stated in the last page of the order that the application u/s 23 is disposed off and given date of April 2019. So, my question is whether I need to pay even after April 2019 or the Court will close the case from thereupon only provided if I pay all the due amounts.
In this regard, I advice you that you need to pay interim maintenance which has been fixed till the time your status of husband and wife does not get over and subsists during the pendency of the petition and litigation in courts. You need to be cautious, that the said claim under DV are claims which are Over and above the other claims under HMA and 125 CrPC
