Domestic violence, dowry demand, abuse and divorce case

21-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi,nnMy sister case is already running in family court regarding DV, dowry demand, abuse and divorce in Lucknow family court from past 7 yr. The other party has not given maintenance from many yr even after court order. Now they have registered another case in bandra family court for divorce stating that my sister is not living with them from past 7 yr so grant them divorce on that basis. I want to know how can that case be transferred to lko branch and what is the way for putting stay.
