Do I need to give alimony or maintenance to my wife

My wife filed a false Domestic violence case, in which she found guilty also with fraudery of signing my initial on receiving of court summon.Also court set a side to give monthly interim maintenance in 7 month of marriage.
She was wrote a letter to me earlier while moving to different place,showing a cruelity on that letter,and dont want to be in physical any from day one.
She is earning good still asking money to give divorce.
My condition is not so good even,mother is paralysed and parents are dependent.
At all above condition do I need to give maintenance or alimony
How do I take divorce I am 31 age and girl is 32

as i can read the issues ur facing in ur married life is really very much fraustrating.as well as ur wife is brhaving with you is not at all good .in this manner she trying to take advantage of urs good behaviour with her in wat she is not at all liable to get maintainsnce . hire a good advocate you will benifited in ur case.

I would advise you to issue a legal notice to your wife seeking for divorce on account of cruelty and desertion and calling upon her to withdraw her unreasonable demand for money in lieu of divorce. Try for a divorce by way of mutual consent failing which a divorce be filed on the ground of cruelty and desertion without any reasonable cause.
