Divorce/Dv Act/Dowry/ Family assault
18-Feb-2025 (In Divorce Law)
In 2017, I married, and in 2018, my wife’s family assaulted me and my family, leading to an FIR. Two months later, they filed a dowry case against us, for which I sought bail. In 2022, I received a summons for 498A. When I tried to collect it, my wife locked the door and left. Her family and goons attacked me and my brother. Later, I filed a IPC 307 complaint, later they asked money i ignore, they made B report. In 2024, another case under the DV Act was filed against me. any solution this ?
Dear Sir,
You have to challenge the B Report and see that summons are issued in 307 case. Further, in respect of all cases filed by your wife you may go to High Court for quashing and also get interim stay of investigation because they are bye products of family disputes and your first FIR etc.
