Divorce without family being harassed

My wife is in abroad working 1 lac per month and we are living separately past 5 years. How can I file a divorce without alimony or maintenance and without my family being affected, my daughter(6year) is living at her maternal grandparents, not allowed to meet me.

if you file for divorce , you should take care to provide for maintenance to daughter( till her marriage) and also claim parenting and visitation rights of your daughter.
since your wife is employed, she will not be awarded maintenance or alimony.
