is it possible to get divorce in court because we didn't registered our marriage in court not even have court marriage and my wife left my home without any convience with my parents and also in my absence.she left home under 2mnoths of marriage.
you have to get divorced in the proper way i am sure you have taken 7 rounds in marriage that is sufficient enough as per law that marriage is complete with consummation that is the law of the country when your wife left hope you lodged general diary

To get a divorce, the marriage doesn't needs to be registered. Mere presence of marriage photos or invitation card helps to get divorce. And in order to get a divorce you definitely need to have either photos or invitation card with you. Now it us require to know that how many years you are married and when did she leave..

Yes it is possible to file a petition for divorce without registration of marriage if the ritual and ceremony of marriage was duly perfomed...Though you have not made it cleared the duration of marriage, period of separation.
