8 years ago, I purchased the ancestral property from 3 daughters and 1 son. However, recently, a new person has emerged claiming to be a daughter, and I have discovered that there are actually 4 daughters and 1 son. At the time of purchase, the gram panchayat certificate stated that there were 3 daughters and 1 son. Now, I have received a notice from the BLRO office requesting me to come with the documents to their office. I need advice on what steps to take. The land records is under my name.

Can two same caste Hindu couple marry each other under special marriage act because they are second cousin and cannot marry each other under hindu marriage act.

Yes u can marry under special marriage act. When it comes to Hindu marriage act you can’t marry within cousins but in case of Special marriage act there is no such hard and fast rule. Kindly call at Eight Nine one zero three two two seven three one. If a cheque is bounced then within thirty days u have to sent a letter of demand on advocate letter pad and wait for thirty days. If within thirty days there is no reply from the defaulter, then u can file a case under 138NI act

If he is not willing to give you divorce then you have to file for contested divorce in order to get a divorce from your husband. And luckily if he wishes to give you a divorce you can file for mutual divorce and you will b free in six months

In matter of mutual divorce there is no bar of time for remarriage.Only in case of contested divorce, there is a waiting period of six months. For mutual divorce there is no WAITING PERIOD
