Q: Mutual divorce, property rights

My husband wants mutual divorce. I want to know my rights for claiming settlement:1. We have been married for 18 years. We have a 12+ son.2. Both of us are working for the entire duration, while he has also been earning in dollars for a couple of years. 3. My mother in law has been ver mentally abusing to me for first 12 years of my marriage, I tolerated everythin in the name of marriage as my husband forced me to do so. After 12 years, mother in law asked me to move out of my marital home.I move back to my parents place, bought a flat jointly with husband (equal financial contribution) and then went to flat. For the past 6 years, my husband has been out of country for about 5 years, while I stayed back due to my job and hav been alternating staying in my parents place, in laws place and my flat. My son has been with me all along.Please let me know if you need any more information. We are Hindu.

Q: Cheated financially and mentally

There was a married guy promised me to marry me and love me , i trusted that guy and gave him 8 lakh because he was in debt , now he is leaving me with no money and relation ...i am tensed how to get my money back as i am mentally tensed to.that guy played with my emotions and took all my saving moneyPlease help me

Q: domestic violence,mental harrassing & threatning.

I am 33 years old. i am living with my family Father, mother, my wife & my anti which is not married & also living with us father younger brothers (my younger uncle).i have 2 uncles (mejo uncle & younger uncle) because this house build by Grandfather for 3 room for his 3 sons. But he did not build for anti-room & he did not write anything to anybody. Earlier this family living with jointly.in this situation my anti has no room so that he builds one room above my younger uncle room his own cost, that time he did not any argument to build this room. My anti tell for compromising or settlement with my younger uncle with that, you can build on your room on the top of my house I have no excuse. But uncle is not agreeing with 2end floor to build his room. he interested in 1st floor anti build room. Now my uncle give me domestic violence, metal harassing & threatening to day to day my anti & my father to get this 1st floor room which is built by anti her own cost. i am very scared & help me

Q: registered land occupied by my uncle

My grandfather has 3 son. I am a son of elder one. My father is no more with us. Before my father died, he and his 2 brother divided the property in equal way. on my father's share he got 2 katha land along with 4 room (1 katha 4 room and 1 katha vacant land). Since we have another house so we dont use to live there. In 2018 my father died. & after that in 2020 we decided to move in my ancestral house. But now when we are trying to move there we saw out of 4 rooms, 2 rooms is occupied by my both uncle without my permission and at a same time they had build a wall in such a way on my vacant land so that i cannot enter in my land as well as in my rooms. so i can say that they completely took control of my property. Since i cannot construct anything on the vacant land so i cannot move there because i don't have ready bathrooms and both of them are threatening me that they will not allow to construct.Property is registered & mutation under my late father's name.What should i do now

Q: Quikr job not refunding my money

I have open an account in quikr job. And I got call from their agent. They offered me some job. Among them I was interested in the netaji subas chandra bose international airport job as a nurse. They have asked me to pay 3000 rupees and said it is refundable with my first salary. I paid it. Then after few days they have asked 6490 rupees for government verification. They said it is refundable within 48 hours. But still I have not received any refund. Then they have asked for 10500 as security deposit as they have assured me the job. I paid it. After someday they called me and said to pay 10500 again as the company will open a salary account within 24 hours I'm AXIS bank. 24 hours has passed. I've called them and they are saying that was holiday as karwa chauth. I've paid an amount of 30490 . Again they told me yesterday my bank account is not opened so I am not getting my refund. It will open on Monday. They are giving me date after date only
