Divorce while am pregnant n husband is outside the country

I'm married only 7 months back and am pregnant! My in-laws have sent away my husband to Dubai hence I want to file divorce and make sure I get one before my child's delivery. I don't want them to have any right over my child, for whom they don't care and are putting me through so much stress in this state.

in this case he will not get custody of child as it to be with mother for five years.
further you cannot find divorce within one year of marriage as it is barred by law
you can proceed to file divorce only in severe situation now
or else you can proceed to file annulment petition
