immediately file a case under dv act. it will immediately ensure that your husband does not do such illegal acts. it is a civil remedy. apart from this if you are willing, you may also pursue a criminal case agains them for cruelty, etc.

There are many options available to you including filling of cases of harassment, cruelty, etc. First of all you don't need to be afraid of him or anything else. you as his wife have many rights and he has many duties to be done so do not worry and you can be granted all the rights which you have.

Its unfortunate that you are going through the phase. It's pertinent to mention that your jewellery including the one given from inlaws, are your stridhan, and its is solely you who can decide the disposal of the same; accordingly selling them without your consent is illegal. However, you are leading your life with them, you shall have to decide whether you shall continue the relation with them, if you dont want to stay there you have hundred legal ways to come out even by punishing them and saving your jewellery; or else if you decide to live on, you should take a stand and ask them not to dare to touch your jewellery any further and they should find other ways out to repay the debt. All the best. Regards

First of all, let me know about your will. are You willing to continue your matrimonial life or not? if no then you can file a case of divorce against your husband. Though the contested divorce is a time taking process but after filling it I think they will not continue to pressurise you to come back. For further information you have book a consultation. Thanks.

You need to snap out of the fear and file a complaint against your husband and in-laws. In the complaint, you need to clarify that your husband is blackmailing you with the personal photos of yours which were taken in Confidence.

Hello, living away from spouse can be made legally possible under the concerned marriage act by instituting a suit for judicial separation which can be allowed on few statutorily recognised grounds which include cruelty. mental harrasment can be equated to cruelty. i will leave the question of FIR open. personally I am not in favour of criminal proceedings in family matters but that's absolutely my personal opinion devoid of my professional advice.
