Divorce Query for a forced marriage due to parents pressure

Hi - I have been forcefully married off by my parents in April 2022 and I do not want to live with my husband. I feel awful around him. What is the easiest shortest route to get a divorce peacefully asap so I can move on?

divorce by mutual consent is shortest possible way... after filling mutual divorce petition with in 10 days your first motion is complete. than magistrate gives 6 months waiting period for second motion but that 6 month waiting period can also short down by application.. so within 2 month you will get proper divorce for this process you can hire us also.

If you are legally married then the separation will also be legally available. You can opt for divorce if you don’t want to live with your husband anymore. The easiest way will be the mutual divorce under section 13B. That’s the ASAP option for you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello mam as you are saying tht you want divorce ok we can do it for you in very frequentlt and in easy way but before tht we need to talk in detail tht what procedure we need to follow for tht seperation

You can apply for a mutual divorce in your near jurisdiction court . The condition is only the separation between husband and wife is one year period . Then only you can go for a divorce . This is only process for divorce as soon as possible
