Divorce petition filed by husband under Cruelty charge

Divorce filed by husband. I am not aware of this.he shifted to his parents home in April 2019 but visited our home on weekends.till now July 2019 we are in touch .also involved in physical relationships.
I don’t understand if he wants to get divorce then why spending time with me.
Without knowing my faults he filed petition.
His parents spreading bad things about me,not allowing me to enter home.
We both are in relationship since 20yrs.and completed 9yrs of marriage.
I don’t want this divorce.plz suggest how to avoid this divorce..

in this case you can file counter petition of restitution of conjugal rights. you can also claim maintenance while the case is pending.
it is also advoced that you should file domestic violence proceedings for residential rights

if you don't want the divorce you will have to contest the divorce petition. you will have to deny everything stated in your husbands petition. there is no other way apart from this.

where has he filed the divorce petition? which court? when he has already filed the petition it'll have to be defended by you. All true facts will have to be stated in your Written Statement and filed in the court....please call and discuss...you can come for a consult...
