Divorce or annualment when marriage

i got married in giaziabad in arya samj mandir which is comes under fraud marriage there were no legal requirements completed. They just registered the marriage.Because we both from punjab. And we never stayed there I got married 3 years ago and we are not living together from 3 years in different countries. So what should i do i have to file divorce or annulment? please suggest me

dear client as per your query i can only say it's not a registered marriage as they only maintain that you got married and give you the certificate but if both of you are agreed you can file a mutual divorce for further assistance please contact us for paid consultation with your relevant documents

yfor divorce you can file in ghaziabad court on basis of the grounds you have there after we can also claim. for maintenance and thereafter you can file for future cases like domestic violance incidents or complaint before Police Station. In case you just want to file divorce case you can file in ghaziabad court. ghaziabad has the full jurisdiction for the same

it has been told by you in your problems that both of you were married in ghaziabad according to the method arya samaj and both of you are residents of Punjab and three year's that passed since marriage and now both of you are living secretly and want to get divorce if you both husband and wife agree than you can get divorce by mutual consent under section 13B HM act and if either parties is not ready for divorce than you get congested divorce filon in family court
