He has already made us sell 1 land and gold to clear his debts, but it keeps growing. There is no peace of mind in home. Hi am co borrower to many loans even though I don't have means of income. We have a house in joint property. How long will it take to get divorce, how will this property be divided if children stay with me?

Dear madam
immediately file one suit for permanent injunction and get injunction order against your husband restraining him from selling the house property. You may also file Maintenance case to show to the court that if that joint property is sold away you will be on streets since he cannot maintain you and you have no source of income. Children have no share during the lifetime of their father as it appears self acquired propertg.
