Divorce notice for mutual consent not yet responded

Sir/Madam,
I have sent 13b notice but my spouse hasn't responded yet. It is since 20 days I sent the notice. What could be the reason for him not replying. Initially he was also ok with the divorce. We belong to Hindu community
hi madam sir. why you sent notice madam in this case you don't send any notice because not mandatory.now he is not responding mean no problem you don't waste time you can proceed individually for cruelty basic

1st to fall for a mutual consent diverse you need not send any notice. Further it is by name you can understand that the diverse which is going to happen is by way of mutually agreed settled terms and conditions and hence there is no requirement for sending any notice. Please contact your advocate in this regard and ask your spouse to come to the court and file it before the Judge

you have to file a contested divorce proceedings instead of a mutual consent divorce. you have wrongly mentioned that you have send a mutual consent notice. you can not send like these notices only the court can send the Same

Hi, if your spouse is not agreeing for mutual consent, you have no other option other than to file a divorce petition against your spouse. If your spouse is not willing to attend the court, you might obtain a decree at the earliest
