For this case ,you have to file one divorce case before the family case ,if your wife not that much educated or not working then court may pass the order as per your income
you can also do 1 time settlement before the court ,so you can hire any lawyer for this who can file your case in family court

Maintenance is depend upon income of husband and living standard of family.Therefore it is not fixed formula to fix maintenance amount to be paid to wife.
It is a discretion of court.And court has legal power to decide maintenance amount.

Are you planning to do a Mutual Consent Divorce?? if yes then the amount will be decided by both of you after discussions and deliberations regarding the same. if she is a working woman then that also may be considered. if she goes to court otherwise then there could be heavy amounts decided by court.
