Divorce my wife under cruelty even we have daughter

I got married 2017 June I am working in government bank as an officer, my wife's father is sub inspector and her mother is teacher,from my marriage onwards she did not live with me ,she always wanted to stay with her parents home only,after lot of struggles and arguments I brought her to my home each and every time...every time whenever we get fight or argument she simply go to their parents home and stay atleast 3months ,she wants me to obey and do whatever her parents told,her parents interfere too much in our personal life,I did not able to decide any decision in our life ,all decisions are made by her mother only,her father threatening too much as he is a police officer, I have sufficient audio proofs of my wife and her parents scolding me and my parents they only having also the jewels from marriage...so I did not take any dowry...still my wife files dowry harassment against me and my parents...but we lived alone only she didn't stay single day with my parents..

According to this issue, first you have to to file complaint in State human Rights commission against your father in law. then you have to send a legal notice stated restitution of conjugal rights to u r wife through an advocate. then you have to larger complaint in in nearby law and order police station against Yuva father-in-law if not accepted in the police station through an advocate you can made. if you want to continue your matrimonial life then continue then you can file restriction of conjugal rights if you want to put an end to your matrimonial life then you can file divorce petition that since there is a police complaint and David harassment complaint and I were wiped it is also you said the police are there so you must build this matter very carefully even this is a simple matrimonial problem we can proceed to diverse for reunion auto compromise the matter as per law
