Divorce Mutual Consent under christian marriage act

I got married in christian church(arrange marriage) 4 years back & have 2 kids (Girls). Now I need to file a divorce as our marriage is not working & my wife is staying at her parents hose since 1 yr. I am working abroad. How can I file a case and complete it ASAP. She is completed PG but not working. I am ready to pay for my kids but not for her. what steps should I take according to 13 B. All her jewelry is with her. Please advice.
Hallo.... 13(B) is not applicable to your case. If both of you are ready for the divorce you can file a joint petition either to your place or to your wife's. Since she is unemployed she has the right to file a petition against you.
