Hindu daram ki shadhi me kya ek aurat aur admi agar 6 mahine se dhoor ho toh kya kudratan divorce ho jaata hai muslim dharm k tarah
Hindu vivavh kayda aur muslim kayda alag hai. Apko hindu kayade ke antargat dikhana padta aap 6 mahine se dur kyo rah rahe ho . Aur aap divorce ku lena chahte ho. Aur ye sab court ke dwara hota hai .Hindu kayde me ye kudartan hahi hota . Thank you.

Bilkul nahi. Muslim dharm mein ki gai shadi ko karar mana jata hai aur Hindu Dharm mein vivah ek sanskar mana jata hai. Hum bhed bakriyo ki tarah kisi ko pakad aur chod nahi sakte. Agar Hindu kayde ke noosar vivah vichedit karna hai to aapko nyayapalika mein jaakar yaachika dayar karni hogi.

no not at all., for geting divorce party have to file an application for the same. without filling divorce proceeding no divorce can be considered. separation from 6 months or not having relagionship between husband and wife since last 6 months can be a ground for divorce
