Hindu vivavh kayda aur muslim kayda alag hai. Apko hindu kayade ke antargat dikhana padta aap 6 mahine se dur kyo rah rahe ho . Aur aap divorce ku lena chahte ho. Aur ye sab court ke dwara hota hai .Hindu kayde me ye kudartan hahi hota . Thank you.

Money recovery: I have been told that a civil case can be filed within 3 years from the date of first transaction. In my case, it's due in Sep 2020. Because of Covid 19, I haven't been able to proceed further. Will I get some relaxation on the time-limit by the court to file the civil case?

Yes you have been told correct..but there is some law in situation like this ,so showing with reasonable and cogent reason you can file case in the court. But in your there is much time in your hand for filing case as you mention in your query . Thank you

My husband asks for dowry,gives no money, domestic violence. I want to know my legal rights.

You have plenty of rights. You can ask protection from him and in same case maintenance for you, compensation in the court of law and even you can file criminal complaint in the police station, and criminal case against him fir asking dowery. You can ask shelter means residence or sharehousehold for you . Thank you

Dear Team,I have given three years back some amount to my friend through net banking transfer to his account and he has given me his savings account cheque, he did not returned my money till date. Please let me know, how to get my money with interest for last three years.Thanks

Yes you can recover your money back from your friend with the help of court .You can file recovery suit,and various other ways but for that you need all your net banking transactions and details of transaction between you and your friend. Also you can send a notice first. Thank you.

Q: Physical assault and Mental harassment from our neighbors on practicin

My neighbors assaulted my parents aged 60+ and blamed them for performing black magic. My parents being senior citizen are engaged most of the time in puja. While we perform puja in our Puja room in our own house during puja we keep practice of doing Havana and Mantra ucharana. Also I would like to let you know that my dad is fond of sparrows and he always have the habit of feeding them rice in front of our house. This practice is performed by us for the last 30 years. But now suddenly our neighbors have started blaming my parents and assaulted them. I went to police but they just file a NC and the SI scolded my parents infront on me and my neighbours. Please guide what i should do next.

You can file private Police complaint against your neighbor s in the court of law. But you have to wait for few days to see what action police take against them .And with this you can go to court by making police one of party. thank you.
