Her conduct of behaviour is not good for me & my child.she always fights with me and harassing the child by manhandling in wrong way with very crucially.so I want to get ride of this matter.
It can be done by filing divorce case in family court and it can be done in two ways. Firstly by mutual consent of both the parties and secondly without her consent which will be most appropriate in your case.
