Divorce from my wife as I think she is mentally ill

My marriage is engage marriage,but it was totally mistake.my wife I think is mentally weak ,she is not doing any work at home,not prepared breakfast,not prepared lunch or dinner.ot doing any house keeping also force my old mother to preparing good for us .She is always on her bed .I am trying to reach her but she is mentally ill or even unable to count money and also hit me while I slept.plz advice me what to do .?
Hi sir when was this and all what did she say which year was the Marie he and all why is she doing so what did the doctor say and all what did the parents say and all u can file for divorce and all which it’s fine ire depends on the suitation also

In this regard, I advice you that you have two remedies which you need to chose as you can file for dissolution of marriage on the grounds of cruelty or on another hand you can file for seeking annulment of marriage stating that the mental illness was not disclosed at the when your consent was obtained for the marriage. If suppose she has been ill after your marriage then you can very well seek dissolution of marriage/ divorce on the grounds of cruelty and then you can fight for not paying maintenance.
